I created Empath-X to be practical and relatable because so much of what I see out there is spiritual fluff that doesn't help when you're challenged with the reality of triggers and day-to-day life. As someone who has been ultrasensitive to energy my whole life, I know what it's like to doubt myself, not fit in, feel lousy and be completely overwhelmed. I also know what it's like to not want to be on earth anymore. My gifts have taken me through shame, fear, addiction, overdose, a near death experience - and finally, into vitality and empowerment.
Now, I represent a whole new kind of sensitive: happy, healthy, grounded, and powerful - and I'm here to show you how you can become that too.
 
I used my psychic gifts while working as a paramedic in California's busiest 911 systems for 15 years, which means I'm super grounded and no bullshit - and that's how I designed Empath-X. Clear, direct and efficient: why you're like this, what to do about it, tools to help you feel better and community to support you as you grow in using your sensitivity to feel good and thrive.
